Our primary E-Mail server decided it want's to be re-configured and forgot all settings. Only Vaultwarden, the account system and Szuru/Kirei will be able to send out E-Mails.

This downtime was caused by a migration error during the upgrade to a newer version, requiring a manual fix of a missing field in the database.

Operation is back to normal and no further issues are expected.
