Anpassung des zu Grunde liegendem Speichersystems

Seafile was successfully transitioned to the new backend. Operational performance is good, and the service should not be impacted in any way.
Backup plans have been adjusted to also use the new backend.

A lot of things have been migrated, although a few things are still missing. There will probably be another maintenance this week for a limited few services.

Some leftover work has yet to be completed, which needs services to go unavailable for a few minutes (10-30min).

This will be coupled with an upgrade of the account system, which could result in a brief downtime and is therefore not done routinely.
