The Advanced Elastic Instance Runners for arm64 "Lilith" and amd64 "Adam" are currently offline. The Standard Constrained Instance Runner for arm64 "Sachiel" is still available as usual. Pipelines requiring no advanced syscalls or Docker-in-Docker support should be unaffected.

Reason for the downtime is the sudden failure of successfully provisioning instances, therefore the system has been shut down until a fix can be implemented.
